Types of Offers

We provide a variety of offers throughout the year, including:

  • Opening Offers: Available when we launch in a new country;
  • “Off Your Next” Offers: Annual campaigns offering discounts to returning clients;
  • New Client Offers: Valid for the first and second assignments, available for 45 days;
  • Summer Offers: Typically available in May, June, and July;
  • Special Hot Summer Offers: Available in May, July, and September;
  • Social Media Sign-Up Offer: Discounts for clients who connect with us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.

Guidelines for Offers

Only one offer can be applied per invoice.

Offers are valid only during the specified period and expire at 5 p.m. Danish time on the stated date.

Promo codes must be used when ordering.

Offers are subject to availability and capacity.

Clients ordering more than seven tasks simultaneously should contact us directly.

All clients in the same country receive the same offers.

Price Setting

Our prices are set in Danish Kroner (DKK), with USD equivalents provided for reference. Prices are based on the DKK rate, and invoices are issued accordingly.

VAT Rules for EU Transactions

  • Business-to-Business (B2B): No Danish VAT is charged for services provided to businesses in other EU countries. The buyer is responsible for VAT in their country.
  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C): Special VAT rules apply for services sold to private consumers in the EU, particularly for distance selling.

VAT for Non-EU Countries
For services sold to non-EU countries, VAT is not charged if the buyer is a registered business. Proof of business status, such as a VAT number, is required. Certain services, such as those related to property in Denmark, are always subject to Danish VAT.

Selection & Search

Compliance with Danish Discrimination Act
In Denmark, recruitment processes must comply with the Discrimination Act, which prohibits discrimination based on race, colour, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national, social, or ethnic origin.

We do not consider factors such as whether a candidate has or plans to have children, as this is considered discriminatory.

Data Collection in Recruitment

We collect passport information to verify candidates’ legal right to work in the relevant country. Criminal records are collected only for roles requiring high security, such as those involving financial crime or terrorism risks.

All data collection complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring transparency, proportionality, and security.

Training & Webinars
Changing Dates

If you need to reschedule, contact us at least four days before the training date. Changes are subject to availability.

Anonymous Participation

Anonymous participation is allowed for webinars, particularly for candidates in certain Asian countries. Please inform us in advance if you wish to participate anonymously.

Webinar Systems

We use Zoom or MS Teams for webinars. Login details and instructions are sent a few days before the session. Ensure your internet connection and equipment are stable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least four weeks before the course start date receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course are charged 50% of the course fee.
  • Cancellations made less than seven days before the course are charged 100% of the course fee.

Operation

Advisor Visits

Advisors can visit your business, with transportation costs covered by the client for locations outside Copenhagen. Overnight stays and flights are also client-funded.

Cancellation of Tasks

  • Recruitment tasks: Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the process.
  • Training or advisory sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 18 hours in advance.
  • Psychology tests and analyses: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Discounts

Our prices are already competitive, but we offer quantity discounts for bulk orders of psychology tests and analyses.

Payment by Invoice

While we prefer upfront payment, invoicing is available at standard prices with an added administration fee.

Test and Analysis
Extra Meetings with Advisors

Additional meetings with advisors can be booked for a minimum of two hours, either in person or via MS Teams.

Feedback Sessions

We recommend reviewing your test results with an advisor, though this is not mandatory.

Advisor Qualifications

Most advisors are psychologists or have equivalent qualifications and certifications.

Job Descriptions
Return Policy

Job descriptions created by our advisors cannot be returned after delivery. For search and selection processes, clients are involved in defining the job content.

Pro bono agreements are non-transferable and are offered only to aid organisations.

  • Complete all tasks and provide feedback after the session.
