Payment Terms
Calculation of fee with recruitment/selection/search/headhunting
On recruitment/selection/search/headhunter assignments, our fee is calculated based on a percentage of the employee’s annual salary.
(Annual salary is defined as the monthly salary x 12).
4selection reserves the right to adjust the fee if the candidate is recruited at a higher salary than originally stated.
The sum is for one employee.
Payment
Recruitment/headhunting
Atthe company, all corporate customers are offered the same payment solution.
- 1/3 is paid at the start of the assignment;
- 1/3 is paid after 30 days;
- 1/3 is paid on the day the employee is hired by the company.
Advisory services for companies
For companies, a proposal is typically prepared for a task that specifies the number of hours for a day, week, or month. If the task is agreed upon for a day or a week, this number of hours is paid for in advance, and the task can only commence once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
For tasks agreed upon for 14 days or more, a two-week period is paid for in advance, and the task can only commence once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
Based on this hourly budget, a company must prepay 14 days of the total fee for the task, and the task can only begin once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
In cases where there is an increased usage of hours as reported, this must be approved by the company before proceeding, and the additional hours will be invoiced.
